Return & Refund Policy

We Want You Be Happy with Your Purchase

If you are not thrilled to pieces about your purchase or need to exchange for a different style or size, we are happy to help. Please take note the following conditions and exclusions:

  • We offer domestic return & exchanges.
  • Items (unused & undamaged, and in its original packaging) can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • No restocking fee needs to be paid by you.
  • The shipping fee for returns will be met by you, except for the reason the product is clearly faulty or damaged due to our fault.

How to return an item

Step 1: Prepare the order number & photos including the boots' bottoms and label on the strap.
Step 2: Contact: support@rosegentle.com with the information mentioned above to request a return.
Step 3: Once we confirmed the order is eligible for a return, we will provide you with a return address.
Step 4: Please send us the courier name and the tracking number to support@rosegentle.com after you shipped out the item.

How to get refunded

We will notify you and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within three working days after we receive your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it could take some time for your bank or credit to get it through

How to exchange an item

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
