A: Our goal is to create and sell top-notch cowgirl boots. We utilize traditional handcrafted bootmaking techniques and use the best leathers and materials available. Due to our innovative direct-to-consumer business model, they are often more budget-friendly.

 

Q: Can I order custom boots?

A: Absolutely yes, we offer three types of custom boots services. You can either order the monogrammed boots, custom-fit boots, or full custom boots, it all depends on your specific needs. It usually takes 4-6 weeks to finish the production and is priced from $200-$450 a pair. Send us an inquiry, we’ll arrange a one-on-one consultant to serve you!

Q: Are Rose Gentle insoles removable?

A: Yes, they are detachable. Our insoles consist of memory foam and are covered with authentic leather, ensuring a comfortable fit.

Q:What size boots should I order?

A: Order with Confidence! Our Boots are True to Standard U.S. Shoe Sizes.

It is advisable to consult our size chart prior to making a purchase. In the event you find yourself between two sizes, it is generally recommended to opt for the smaller size.

 

Q: I have wider feet. Will Rose Gentle boots work for me?

A: Rest assured. We offer the choice of boot width C for your selection.

 

Q: I have narrow feet. Will Rose Gentle boots work for me?

A: Although we don't produce widths narrower than B, many of our customers with narrow feet are highly satisfied with the fit of their Rose Gentle boots! Additionally, we provide a custom-fit boots service, allowing you to personalize your own pair.

ORDERING

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Securely pay with major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or PayPal using our trusted checkout system. In addition, our website allows you to pay for your purchase in four interest-free installments through Afterpay. When using PayPal Express Checkout, your order will be shipped to the address linked to your PayPal account, unless you update it during the ordering process.

 

Q: Is my order secure?

Q: I need to change my order. Help!

A: Generally, orders cannot be canceled or changed after 24 hours from when the order was placed. For urgent matters, please email at supoort@rosegentle.com.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Generally, your order will ship within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays) from time of purchase. Orders placed on holidays will ship on the next working day. You should expect to receive your order within 5-9 days for expedited shipping, and 13-18 days for free standard shipping depending on your location. Processing and shipping timelines can vary due to factors such as order volume, holidays, etc.

 

Q: What is the status of my order?

A: We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. You can track your order by putting the tracking number into the box and click TRACK button on the 'Track My Order' page.

 

Q: Do I need to create an account to order?

A: You do not need an account to order from Rose Gentle. A Rose Gentle account is used to track past orders and save items to your shopping cart. If you have already placed an order and would like to set up an account, you can do so Here.

 

Q: I want to return my order, what can I do?

A: All products must be in unworn or unused condition to be eligible for refunds and exchanges. For more information, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

 

Q: Can repeat customers enjoy discounts?

A: Yes, you can enjoy discounts by activating your membership by registering a Rose Gentle account. You will earn 5 points for every $1 you spend on the website. In addition, we will give you 750 points as a welcome gift for each successful account registeration. You can redeem points for discounts. We offer a variety of discounts for members, with different redemption rates for different point levels.
