HOW IT WORKS

Within the form, you have the option to indicate your preferred toe shape, upper material, color, and provide your precise foot measurements. Additionally, you have the ability to upload an image showcasing your personalized boot design.

Step 2: Confirm the Inquiry

Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will make immediate contact with you. Our dedicated team of boot designers will provide one-on-one guidance to help you fully express your distinctive vision.

Step 3: Get Our Quote

After all details have been finalized, we will present you with our quote. On average, the quote will amount to $450 and includes the cost of delivering the item.

Step 4: Pay a Deposit

To initiate the production process, you must make a deposit of 25% of the full price for each custom order. Kindly note that this deposit is non-refundable.

Step 5: Confirm the Result

The production process generally takes about six weeks after the deposit has been received. You will be sent images of the finalized boots for your verification. At that point, it is your obligation to make payment for the remaining amount prior to shipment.

Step 6: Receive the Dream Boots

Shipping through express delivery usually takes around 4-6 days. Every pair of custom boots made by our team comes with a 1-year warranty that begins upon order delivery. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
