Once your inquiry is received, we will promptly reach out to you. Our team of experienced boot designers will personally collaborate with you to bring your unique vision to life.

After all the necessary arrangements have been made, we will provide you with a quote that amounts to approximately $300. This quote includes the expenses related to delivering the item.

Prior to the production process, it is necessary to make a deposit of 25% of the full price for each custom order. Please be aware that this deposit is non-refundable.

Upon receipt of the deposit, the manufacturing process typically takes around four weeks. Rest assured, we will share images of the finalized boots with you for your approval. Following that, kindly ensure timely payment of the remaining balance to facilitate prompt delivery.
